Lori Malangone

Board Member

Lori Malangone was CEO of Arizona Youth Partnership for nine years, a statewide prevention organization specializing in rural communities serving over 10,000 youth and families across Arizona. In addition to her executive leadership experience, she has 18 years of experience in organizational and program management especially for youth programming. Her experience includes overseeing and writing for local, state, and federal grants and also includes startups including a charter school, and three shelter facilities for homeless youth. In 2018, Lori successfully lead Arizona Youth Partnership through an integration of a long-standing 18-year-old organization, Teen Outreach Pregnancy Services, and in 2020, Lori led Arizona Youth Partnership to transfer Help and Hope for YOUth, an initiative to expand youth mental health awareness in young people.

She is currently working as a part-time consultant for nonprofits and is focused on raising her 3-year-old and 1-year-old daughters.  Lori is a Tucson native and completed her Bachelor’s Degree at the University of Arizona and her Master’s Degree in Education through Northern Arizona University. She has been married for 19 years. Their family likes spending their time outside doing a variety of activities especially hiking and backpacking.
