Amber has over 20 years of experience serving the Tucson community in various roles, starting with work for Senator John McCain. Guided by a north star to serve and lead, Amber has worked in a variety of industries and roles ranging from government affairs to CEO all with the common thread of supporting and strengthening local Tucson businesses. She has held positions in government affairs, CEO, and is currently the Chief Strategy Officer for Futures Inc. She aims to grow equity and awareness for career opportunities for students and individuals. Amber has a bachelor's degree in political science and a master's degree in public administration.

Married to a second-generation Tucsonan, Amber’s husband, Robert is a Tucson Fire Department Captain and Navy Corpsman veteran. Amber and Robert have three boys, 5 goats, three dogs, some ducks and Pierre, the lone rooster. Amber’s favorite moments are on the sidelines of her kid sporting events or on vacation somewhere near water with her family.
